We had approached Trinity travels for organizing our Malaysia- Singapore trip. We had a hassle free experience with them. Special thanks to Mr Suresh for taking care of Visa and travel related arrangements.

Me and my husband had applied for a Turkey visa through Trinity very recently. As another review below read, rude behavior by an elderly official and good service from the younger team was prominent. But we put up with it, coz we wanted things to go well. And slowly we were given good service, we collected all the documents they asked for, met them and had them go through the compiled documents and then went for the interview. Till then, we were thinking of even going back to trinity for more trips. But things turned upside down when we reached the interview. 1. The documents we were told to take didn't suffice and we had to come back without the visa. 2. The covering letter and such documents we had shown and Trinity approved, was not in the required format. 3. The visa validity was only 3 months which we were not even told about and we applied early. Though we were applying early, we were given an impression that the validity is 6 months. 4. The funniest part is that no biometrics was required and it was not at all necessary for us to go for the appointment. We could have sent a representative and Trinity was not even aware of this! On top of all this, when we were disheartened and called the agent, the same elderly person, was very happy and cheerful and telling us that we should be happy that now we know what are the mistakes and we can correct them in applying the next time! Just imagine, if we can learn it on our own, why should we go through a Travel Agent? I am not quoting any names here because I do not want to defame anyone. But if you want to have a hassle free visa experience, then I recommend that you go elsewhere. We were not even told a sorry or any kind of apology after they made mistakes. This fellow happily disconnected the phone without listening to what I had to say. We have booked the air ticket through them and the travel insurance too. And now all we can do is hope for that to be okay and not cancelled! Now if like in earlier reviews, if the owner is going to reply to our review as "we have not given any services to you" and such nonsense, I will take all copies of emails received from trinity, the whatsapp messages and call records and go file a complaint in consumer court for wasting our time and efforts.

As their customer focus is so amazing, it is quite natural to think of 'next destination' for a repeat experience.

Very Bad experience. Visa rejected because of mismanagement. Agency gave wrong info in application which caused rejection. Moreover after the issue the agency didn't even have the decency to give an apology or take accountability.

This is in continuation to the review posted by Lakshmi Muralidhara. We had gone there thrice, initially itself for the visa only. Tickets can be bought by anyone who has flying history and has idea about ixigo/make my trip. If it was just for flight ticket we could have saved more money by using these apps. We thought it would be better if we could get the tickets from one stop hence decided to get it done there. One senior person who was not at all enterprising has dealt with us regarding the visa. They have no clue on Turkish visa/mantralaya attestation over and above notary on gst certification. We had carried all documents on the previous day of visa interview to get it verified by them. One of our visa forms were even filled by that senior person only. Cctv can ve verified. They said it was all okay and no other charges are to be paid. Rather than just a simple apology trying to justify for something that one is not aware of is not a positive service. Disappointed with the service. The younger person who booked our tickets was an enterprising person. Think before availing Turkish visa services from them.
