Very nice service.. I take 2 ticket from him to uk.. Nice service.. Good and very careing.. Update everything... Before and after travel.. He calls us and ask about trip and that's make them different from other agency... I can recommend them to anyone who need better service regarding tickets can contact them.. Even payment i do online..

worst service ......overpriced ,for below 5000 train ticket mr.unni charged 7850rs...worst service. edited:i saw your response ..dont u know why i told u to cancel two tickets bcoz u had priced me tickets for two 3 year old children which according to IRTC the tickets are free ! Isnt this cheating .Two side tickets just cost me below 9000...but you made me pay 15600..you returned the money after a big arguiment ...for one side u charged me 7850...total u charged me 15600.u could have taken ur service charge no issues ...over pricing not good

Overall experience was good.. I booked a ticket for an elderly uncle.. Mr Unni gave a good hospitality.. we were happy with the response in the right time from Mr Unni . Train seat was confirmed on the day of journey despite being busy
