Passport Seva Kendra

The infrastructure is so good, and the office is maintained very well. The token giving staffs, helping staffs, photo taking zone staffs all were very helpful. Every procedure was conducted without any delay. But the day I went ,there was some lag in the verification zone, even though many applicants were waiting in the waiting area , the verification zone staffs were talking personal things and wasting time for the other applicants. Rest of the old staffs were very speedy in their actions. Even even after this everything went so well. All the procedures will be over within 1-2 hours maximum. Make sure you bring all documents original and print outs. Even if you didn't bring printouts don't worry there is a printer inside 2/page. The systematic approaches of the officers staff was very welcoming. Also don't try to bring any metals or inflammables. There is a small car parking area . The time I went , there was no lag for entering. The Watchmen responsibiliy checked and allowed to get inside.

The behavior of all the staff there is very bad. They behave without any humanity. Especially the staff in the A section. I had an appointment there on February .The behavior of the staff at the front desk where tokens are issued was not a problem. After that, I was sent to A7. The staff there behaved very rudely. It was a young man. His ID card was turned backwards, so I couldn't read his name. Otherwise, I would have mentioned his name here. He got angry for no reason and behaved very aggressively. I was very disappointed. He was a person with no humanity. Such behavior is highly disappointing and does not reflect the standards of professionalism .

The facilities provided here are generally good, and it's conveniently located in the middle of the city with decent parking space. However, some section officer staff show rude behavior, which affects the overall experience. On a positive note, one staff member was very helpful in preparing my application, and the officer handled everything politely. With a better attitude from a few staff members, the service could be much more satisfactory.

Office is good but the staffs aren't that understanding and appealing. Came all the way from Wayanad the last day from posting , had all the copy of original documents. That was my problem that I didn't take the original one with me , without any doughts or talks they send me home and told to come again the next day. I was on and came .. But ,at the day i came with the original passport, nobody wanted to see it or go through it . Truly unsatisfied! Don't know why they asked me the original one!!

Very bad behavior all the staff there talk to them as if we have done something wrong.. a wheel chair petient is 78 years old.. a female staff behaved in a dirty manner

Too much waiting time and insufficient officers. Section C had only one person handling applicants, which took nearly 2 hours to finish. Better staff management is needed to reduce delays.

Hassle-free experience! Got help with documents and everything was completed on time. Suggestion: more seating for people accompanying applicants.

Passport Seva Kendra is located in a good place and the facilities provided are generally good. However, some staff show rude behavior, which affects the overall experience. Better staff attitude would make the service much more satisfactory.
