Public works that should ideally be completed within a day often take two to three days, causing inconvenience to the public. Staff appear overburdened, and there's a lack of a proper system to manage workloads efficiently. The long waiting times and delayed services need immediate attention. Improvement in management and digital adoption can make the services more citizen-friendly. Hoping to see better service soon.

Poor Service of this post office, only for withdraw 7,000/- amount, we are waiting from last 2 hours they said system is not working but they don't realizing that they all are also come in system. And they all are not try to work properly. All are enjoying their jobs and getting salary but without any work. Specially Mr. Avinash Debey ji, you can easily show careless with his face.
