Khajuraho temples are amazing . Their architecture is so skillful and creative, it depicts all phases of life during Chola dynasty. Must place to visit once in life time , everyday life of that period is depict d so creatively.

An excellent place to visit with marvelous display of architectural intricacies . For senior citizens, it is a bit difficult proposition to climb the stairs in font of these temples. I rather suggest to make arrangements to provide separate stainless / wooden stair cases on both sides (in coming and outgoing) with low steps for the benefit of elders. It will be well appreciated.

We visited Khajuraho for the 48th Dance Festival but were highly disappointed as it looked as if the Festival was organised only for VIPs of the MP Tourism Department. Entry to this Festival was PROHIBITED to the Indian Tourist. Only few chairs were provided at the back far away from the stage in darkness without light and sound arrangements. The display screen was handled by unprofessional persons and the focus was not on the performance. Also the picture quality was very poor. I hope next time onwards due respect will be extended to all the Tourist including foreign nationals. Please promote Tourism in right spirit. The temples are very beautiful. Only 10% of the temple has the Kamasutra displays. Do not promote Khajuraho as Erotic Temples. Show due respect to our cultural heritage.

The information given by the tourism officers was enough to exploring the all places,you must ask them for proper guidance, it will be helpful during your exploration. The temples always had this special way of connecting you with the divine. Unfortunately these places are destroyed long time ago. Now least we can do is to learn from khajuraho and praise its beauty.
