Dedicated to public but Poor infrastructure. There is an online aadhar center. Usually wait here . There is big server problem. There are only 6 counters for making cast certificate , incom certificate and other documents. For making and digitalization of cast certificate there is only one officer is declared. I am very unhappy from the service of this lokseva kendra multai . Although the lunch break from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM is strictly followed, services tend to pause completely during this time without any flexibility, further increasing inconvenience for the public. Staff responsiveness can also be inconsistent, and the process feels overly bureaucratic. Overall, the center needs significant improvement in efficiency, management, and citizen handling to deliver better service.
