Worst service from Indian speed post, do not use speed post instead go for local courier service. It might charge you some extra but your parcel will be delivered on time and safely. They took 8 days to deliver my parcel and it was all destroyed.

I applied for the doorstep aadhar enrolment for my child. They completed the request even without contacting us once. This is a government offices which runs on the taxes paid by the citizens. The pathetic intent of India post staff shoes they don't care about the people, just give them their salaries. Kya hoga is desh ka. If I had the power, I would have suspended their entire staff.

The person sitting at reception (at around 1130 on 27 Feb 24) was in a different spin altogether. He doesn't know how to greet the customers, including the elderly ones. Plus the good lady sitting besides him was continuously laughing on the bully statements made by this man. A very poor exhibition of basic courtesy towards customers let apart the professionalism.

Worst service I have ever seen... I tried to connect to the head office.. M.L nagar office for my parcel but not a single person available on call.. then I have decided to contact in office (M L nagar) they said tomorrow you will receive your order for sure... But again they took my parcel back... What the hell is going on...

Here, we have Passport Seva Kendra and the timing of PSK is 9--5 and I had the first appointment and I have been told to report at 9:15, but till 9:30 it's not open.

Office time on a side is 9-5 but all staff work only 3pm and Saturday 1pm closed is it time of office of any post office

Be careful while applying for Damaged passport and selecting Ujjain POPSK as the verification center. I've applied for Re-issue, as my passport got damaged .after completing the application from passport Seva website, selected Ujjain as my document verification center, but to my surprise when I visited the POPSK UJJAIN [100 km from my home] the document verification officer straight forwardly denied to process the application for Damaged passport. Complete waste of a working day for a professional. To all those who are looking for fresh passport application can select Ujjain as their document verification center but If your passport is damaged then please select Bhopal or Indore center for verification. Note: I'm not blaming the center for this but If the service isn't available on your center then the officer should definitely listen to the complaint and ask for the correction on website, so that website made enhancement and do not allow us to select the center like Ujjain for damaged passport
