Situated behind Pendarkar College, on Midc road ahead if KAMA office. Enough area for parking. Sitting arrangements are average to poor with broken benches and cannines around. Work wise stil Old school, despite having a printed appointment letter (which as per online is not needed to be printed) still staff insists on mobile message for appointment. Anyways, severely unhygienic place, check the imagesimages with dog poops around. Just because it's in our nearest possible vicinity hence, forcibly have to be here. You may definitely come prior to your appointment time, it's highly possible to get accomodated if there's less que, that help is certainly possible.

Had a nice experience here. Friendly staff. Near to Vicco naka / Regency anantam / in Dombivli MIDC. Can be easily spotted. Newly opened passport office which is in same premise. Better to visit in early morning or in afternoon when it is less crowded. Mainly one get ample car parking space. All required information is given by the staff.

Passport facility started here. Quick service and helpful people around. Small area but does the job. Seating area available. It's behind Pendharkar College.

I had booked a pick up service but nobody showed up

Staff is very rude. They won't hear you the 1st time. You have to call them 3-4 times then they will answer you. Also instead of giving back the change they will round it up with revenue stamps. Instead of attending the customer they gossip with each other. I had to wait almost 20-25 min to make a post with only 3 people ahead of me.

Manager and staff are very less interested for motivating any investment by direct customer,they prefer touts,and behave rudly with all direct customers always,while govt wants post office to be connected with all people directly. Govt schemes are attractive but can be benefitted if work without touts/brokers.
