I had a very disappointing experience with Holiday Bookies during my recent trip to Coimbatore. We were promised a 4-star hotel as part of our package. However, upon arrival, we were provided a 3-star hotel instead. When we raised this issue, the hotel staff themselves clearly confirmed that it is officially a 3-star property. The Holiday Bookies representatives, Dynanesh and Bhavesh, tried to justify the downgrade by showing Google ratings of 4 stars. However, a 4-star Google rating is completely different from an official 4-star hotel classification. A good review score does not make it a 4-star property. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If customers are paying for a 4-star stay, they should receive exactly what was promised -- not something justified later with online ratings. I would strongly advise future customers to: * Get written confirmation of the exact hotel category. * Verify the hotel's official star classification independently. * Avoid relying solely on Google ratings shown by agents. However, your representative strongly recommended and finalized this particular property. Based on your assurance and representation, we agreed to proceed with the booking. While I understand your clarification regarding the hotel's star rating and online presence, our concern was based on the actual on-ground experience rather than the listing category. Regarding the room change that was offered, shifting us to a room with two separate beds was not a practical solution, especially when traveling with children. For families, bedding configuration and overall room suitability are critical factors. The proposed change did not address our primary concern in a comfortable or convenient manner. Our intention in sharing feedback was not to misrepresent facts, but to honestly reflect our experience. As customers, we rely heavily on your recommendations and expect that family-specific requirements will be taken into consideration more carefully. We appreciate your commitment to professionalism and transparency, and we hope future bookings will better align with the needs communicated at the time of reservation.

Recently I went to my first ever International trip to Dubai with my family. Surely it was in my bucket list since yearssss and finally it's done and dusted.
