Nearby spots include ATMs, food stalls, chikki shops, and Mapro Garden (just 1 km away). Room Quality & Amenities :- Rooms are spotlessly clean with excellent service. All electronics work perfectly--TV, fan, AC, and lights are in top condition. Breakfast:- Outstanding breakfast with amazing taste 5/5 stars Staff :- Reception staff Krishna and Sonam Singh ma'am have fantastic nature and are very helpful. Overall Recommendation:- Go for it! Rooms are ok, no telephone in room. As per my experience not well deserved for Family. One advantage is walking 8-10 min from the Railway station. They provide only soap. No dental kit, comb etc provided. For a 1 Day stay they are fine. I didn't see an in-house restaurant anywhere. No hot water Jug provided in room. Hot water was available only in morning hours.

We stayed in this place in the month of October. Rooms were super clean and spacious. And services were also good. Main advantage is it's in the city center just 100 mts from the Lonavala bus stand. There is a very good parking space if you are planning to travel with your vehicle. We didn't had any food here and I am not sure if they offer food here. There are nearby restaurants (Annapoorneshwari) which is very good and 5 mins walk.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the major advantages of this property is its excellent location. It is very close to the railway station, bus stand, and the main road, which makes commuting and exploring the city extremely convenient. If you are someone who likes to move around and visit different places, this location is a big plus. The rooms are quite comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and the bedding, including the mattress and pillows, was clean and fresh. Another thoughtful aspect is the television setup; the hotel has subscribed to a good number of channels, which is great for relaxing in the room after a long day. The surroundings outside the rooms are equally pleasant. There is a small backyard area with tall trees that creates a calm and refreshing environment. The swimming pool is another highlight--it was well-maintained and clean during my stay. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The toilets require better upkeep to maintain hygiene standards. Additionally, cleaning the electrical fixtures such as fans, air conditioner units, and exhaust fans would make the rooms feel fresher. The drapes also need attention, as well as the replacement of worn-out recreational equipment like the carrom board and table tennis set. These small improvements would make the overall experience excellent.

Room condition was pathetic. Washroom door was not in usable condition and it was not getting locked. Room cleanliness was very poor.

The hotel is present at an excellentband prime location. The rooms can be a bit more clean. The hotel staff were cordial and friendly. They did not pester by calling before time for checkout.
