Very disappointing experience. The address update process took over a month, and still no action was completed. The service is extremely slow and unresponsive. I would strongly suggest others to avoid visiting, as if the process takes more than 7 days, it's likely it will never be completed. Unfortunately, I would rate this a 0 if that were possible.

It's been four months she had taken my papers for income certificate and till date no any certificate not receiving calls i wanted the certificate for my son's engineering entrance exam but due to her now he has to select general category. Now no use of any certificate. Please don't hire this person

Worst service .. she is a fraud.. first she took advance payment fr my dayghter domicile certificate nd fees ws more thn other agents coz she took us in confidence tht she will do the work early.. ys , she is so polite tht we trusted her but she dint even apply fr tht nd whenever we call, she used to tell tht delay is coz of her family problems .. nd we gave her more time but thn she stopped taking our calls nd whn we visited her so called office, tht ws closed all the time.. nearby people told us tht she is fraud nd many people r victims.. ofcourse our advance full payment gone nd thn we gave to some other agent nd they delivered domicile in just 15 days..
Moral of the story, Dont trust her nd dont give advance to her..

Worst service.This person neither receives call ,if she takes your call will always say she will send the document in a few minutes,more than a month now waiting for address change in udyam.Don't waste your time and money on her .

I needed to get name change gazette notification and reached out to Arpita. Post providing all the documents and paying higher fees than normal my work is still not done even after 20 days.
I understand there could be delays but she promises something and doesn't deliver is the main issue.
She said she is unwell, undergoing surgery etc but she also said I'll let you know the status by evening. That evening never comes. She doesn't answer calls nor sees or replies to whatsup messages.
Now I have engaged another person to do the work at way lower cost. Hope he delivers as promise.
In short avoid using Arpita's services.
