Good Experience,after taking token in front office on the ground floor we had to go to first floor where all 3 zone are there in line i.e ABC zone. A zone (processing zone)all paper are scanned, photo taken and also fingerprint.It mostly takes 5-10 minutes here if all papers are ok. From here B zone(verification zone) one more time all papers are checked from senior officials and if he think it's all ok send us to last Zone C where finally the senior officials check and grant permission for issue of passport after police verification.Time took 1-1.30 hrs. Mine police verification call just within 3 days. PSK had big waiting hall on first floor with 2 TV screen for display of our token number and also on every Zone.

They allow booking appointment for 9 in the morning but government staff reach there work at 10. You have to wait for them if you are booking appointment for 9 o clock.

1.It's a good PSK center. 2.The parking area is small. 3.For new issue passport/renewal it has A -- B--C Process. 4.You will get water inside office but no water arrangement for the applicant's family or guardian if they are seated outside the area. 5.Left side Xerox shop is very costly. 6.Outside premises need to be clean.

When you visit the passport office, you first need to collect a token from the ground floor and then proceed to Counter A for verification. The process at Counter A usually takes around 5-10 minutes. After that, you move to Counter B, where the waiting time is much longer, around 30-40 minutes. Although there are 5-7 computers at Counter B, most of the time only 2-3 staff members are available, leaving the rest of the counters unused. Once verification at Counter B is complete, you need to go to Counter C. Here, there are 4 computers, but usually only 1-2 staff members are available, which leads to another 40-60 minutes of waiting. Overall, the entire process takes almost a full working day. I kindly request the authorities or the organization managing this system to look into how the process can be made faster and smoother. Many people who come here also have jobs and other responsibilities, so spending an entire day at the passport office becomes very inconvenient.

Make sure you take full copy of Aadhar with verified (tick mark) in photo print paper as they don't accept regular Aadhar. Xerox center charges 70 for single Aadhar print. Better submit Driving License, pan or other ID card as proof. So much corruption.

They desperately need to clean the car parking area. It smells and is disgusting to walk through the stretch. Unsure, if the parking contractor is in place or not. It's most definitely a health hazard!

Carry photo copy of 1. Appointment receipt( has a QR). 2. Attested photo copy of aadhar, PAN, DL, 10th, 12th, Birth certificate. (keep all originals as well) Take these to counter of token, he will ask to get QR scanned at the entrance, then you will get assigned a token No. Now go to 1st floor at counter A , where photo finger print and scanned copy of orignal gets submitted, followed by counter B and then C. The screen will show which exact counter your token no. is being called to in the 1st floor. after all this wait for police verification at home.

Pros- -Well management and waiting area. - cleanliness okay Cons- -Although there is fixed appointment time while applying , but need token number and you will be quiued as per your token number. - Officers are not updated and receptive in documentation.
