Unprofessional work standard No message, and the postman put my documents in the unclaimed category without even contacting me or trying to reach my address and my document goes back to issuer, they gave me the usual answer We can't do anything. You have to collect the document by yourself. Then what's the purpose of these postal services? They have one job, and they can't even do that properly?

I visited the Nashik Road Post Office personally to avail some service. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to very poor response from the staff. The employees were unhelpful, indifferent, and at times dismissive when asked simple questions. Long waiting times and lack of proper coordination made the visit frustrating. While the Nashik Road Post Office has the necessary services, improvements in staff training and responsiveness are much needed.

Aadhaar services are also provided here, staff is cooperative to an extent.

Worst service my consignment sent on 28-07-2025 to Hyderabad from Maharashtra but till today did not deliver my consignment very very worst and no proper information when it is going to be delivered and what is the present status

I was supposed to receive my important document by 11th of July , it never got delivered till date 20th July . On tracking system it shows that it got delivered and today morning 20th July I receive a message saying it went back to Nashik road ICH post office

i had sent parcel on 31st october today is 25th sep still my daugher didnt received parcel ... still it is in nasik head office... completely mistake of nasik head post office .. they have not provided proper documents to ireland govt so the parcel returned and still it is in nasik... irresponsible staff... no proper information given nor ready to take blame or responsibility... 3rd class service given by govt servents...

Small, congested, not at all helpful employees. Everyone in this post office shows they are very busy but they very slow. There is no information counter here. You have to stand in a queue just for getting the information. Waiting time for a queue is 30-45 mins at least, so if you have 1-1:30hrs just for asking how much a parcel will cost to Mumbai then you are at the right place. Parking is always full. Two wheeler parking only if available. No parking for four wheeler. Inside it is very big but for the customers they have kept very small place, poor space management. A single person will take at least 10 mins on counter for getting an info. Very poor service.
