The Hyderabad trip was overall good and well organized. However, the hotel stay in Hyderabad could have been much better though the breakfast was very good. Also it offered very limited options for dinner. It would have been great if the company could guide customers more clearly about nearby lunch and dinner options at tourist spots. However, the driver was not provided with the tour schedule, which caused some confusion. The car provided was excellent, and the driver made the journey very comfortable. Whenever we reached out to Mr. Amar Sir, they were always available on phone to assist us, which was truly appreciated.

What was supposed to be a memorable and enjoyable trip turned into a very frustrating experience due to poor management and low service standards. Firstly, the food quality was very poor and not hygienic. The taste was below average, the quantity was not sufficient, and basic cleanliness was lacking. I have food quality pictures as proof to support this concern. When we raised the issue, it was not handled properly. Secondly, the rooms provided were not up to the promised standard. Cleanliness was not maintained, basic facilities were either missing or not working properly, and overall comfort was completely compromised. This was not what was shown or committed at the time of booking. Most disappointing was the behavior and treatment from the tour guide. Instead of being supportive and professional, the attitude was rude and unhelpful. Proper guidance, coordination, and respectful communication were lacking throughout the trip. A trip should create good memories, but due to poor food quality, bad accommodation, and unprofessional management, this turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences. I strongly suggest the company improve its service quality, hygiene standards, and staff behavior. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this tours and travels company to others. Worst experience with Randhe Holidays. Due to a genuine family medical emergency, my family had to return early. The refund provided was extremely low and did not match the airline's confirmation. No clear cancellation or refund policies were mentioned before booking; policies were claimed only after cancellation. Documents shared by them had inconsistent details, raising serious transparency concerns. Valid flight tickets and proper fare breakup were never shared. Very unprofessional, misleading, and unethical. Strongly not recommended.

We traveled to Dubai for a college tour with Randhe Holidays. Amar Randhe the Director of the company was with us through out the journey. I really appreciate the knowledge he have about the places , the time management while site visits , his enthusiastic attitude. It was really great experience with this . During the booking process, there was no clear information provided about cancellation or refund policies--neither in writing nor clearly visible on their website. When my trip had to be cancelled, I was informed later that the amount was non-refundable, even though this was never clearly communicated in advance. I requested written policies, but none were shared. This lack of transparency caused me significant financial stress and inconvenience. A professional travel agency should clearly mention refund rules, cancellation terms, and conditions before taking payment. I strongly advise others to verify all policies in writing before booking and to be cautious.

This was my 4th trip with Randhe holidays.As usual like other trips with you this was also an amazing experience to visit Gujarat.All the hotels were really awesome and they served very tasty food. Each and every thing was arranged as per our need. Because of their arrangements we have enjoyed each and every moment of our trip. Thank you so much Amar for all the arrangements.
