Aadhaar Seva Kendra

I visited this Aadhaar Update Centre for an address correction related to PIN code 401209 (Nallasopara East). When the PIN code was entered, the system auto-fetched "Vasai" as the city. I explained that my official documents, including my Passport and Driving Licence, clearly mention Nallasopara East and requested proper assistance regarding the mapping issue. However, my request was not processed and my form was rejected without providing a clear explanation or practical solution. I felt that my concern was not properly heard. I also experienced unprofessional and discourteous behaviour from the Centre Manager, Mr. Shukla, and the Aadhaar Operator, Rohit. Instead of assisting me at the centre, I was advised to complete the update online. If applicants are redirected without adequate support, it raises concerns about the purpose of visiting a physical service centre. Due to this experience, I have formally submitted a complaint to UIDAI along with supporting documents and details of the concerned staff. I have also escalated the matter via email to the higher authorities for appropriate action. I hope necessary steps are taken to ensure respectful behaviour, proper guidance, and fair processing of applications for all citizens.

Good experiance, structured way of handling crowd. Prefer going on weekdays for quick turnaround time. On a Monday morning, I was in andhra out within 40 mins. Ensure to carry cash as all payments accepted in cash only. Flow - advisor to check and prepare your application. -> payment -> go to the update counter -> exit.

The experience was good. Well maintained and well managed through ticketing system. Specious sitting system with AC hall. However, all staffs were not present in all counters, because of today was Sunday or may be other reason. In Sunday, the crowd is huge, hence the expectation is full staff should present to expediate the work. I had an online appointment, hence my work finished within one hour. For offline people,it takes 3-5 hrs. In the first floor, out side the Aadhaar Kendra, the Q is long and no fans are there and hence suffocation is there. Some fan arrangement should be there.

Excellent service at the Aadhaar Card Seva Office. The entire process was very fast and smooth. The staff members were very friendly, supportive, and professional. They handled customers efficiently and explained everything clearly. I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended for anyone who needs Aadhaar-related services.

2/5 Star ! A few Verifier Women staff are arrogant and rude! No sense of speaking to customer. I had a very poor experience at this Center. My online application kept failing due to website errors, and customer care did not provide any helpful solution. At the center, the woman at verifier counter named Ruchita(she didn't even mention her surname in form) was extremely rude, spoke in a raised and arrogant tone, and even told my father that I lacked understanding! Despite this, she didn't accept that her poor conduct of work and my 63 year old father was the 1 who stepped back in the argument and apologized to her when she was who did bad behavior and lack of proper guidance. We were still calmly speaking to her. Being a center employee, she was supposed to guide and clarify any confusion calmly instead of speaking with attitude and shouting at customers -- this behaviour was pathetic and unacceptable. (We too pay taxes atleast have decency to be kind to the citizens!) I regret choosing this government center; it would have been better to visit the nearby private Aadhaar center by paying amount. On the other hand, the biometric staff were polite, helpful, and explained the process calmly.

We had an exceptional experience at the Vashi Aadhar center. The Regional Manager , the branch manager and the verifiers were extremely helpful in getting our sons application through after their systems were updated.

Navi Mumbai has only one ASK. They don't have an online appointment system. The crowd is poorly managed with long wait time for 45mins-1hr just to get inside. People have to queue up from outside Vashi railway station tower 4 stairway entrance. It's no fault of the employees working there but of the government. No appointment system is equivalent to no value of time of common man. Moreover the online documents uploaded get rejected, you cannot contest the decision, they don't give a feedback why the document was rejected. All in all - waste of time and money.

I wish there were minus rating because they don't even deserve a single star. Extremely unprofessional and hostile experience. I was a customer at this Aadhaar Seva Kendra and was verbally abused by the staff. Around 5-6 staff members were shouting together, blaming customers and creating a very intimidating environment. I was openly told to leave using phrases like "niklo yahan se" and "jao", shouted at loudly in front of others. Other customers were also treated rudely and humiliated. The Operations Manager was equally unhelpful and dismissive, saying "If you have a complaint, write it on the website. Don't create a scene here. Go out." This is a paid government service, yet customers are treated with complete disrespect. No basic courtesy, no accountability, and no professionalism. Avoid this centre if you value dignity.
