Speed Post timing is 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs on weekdays and 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs on Saturdays with Sunday closed. Courteous staff and quick delivery of services in all postal departments of India. Recommended to do postal services compared to Kharghar post office. Good experience in India Post of Navi Mumbai area.

Very very bad experience I have here, i carry my stuff without packing here because they said before packing they have to check what we keep inside, so I have spend more than half an hour to repack my stuff again...so i done packing my 4 percel at 3 10pm....they can not accept my percel this day....it was close already ma'am that all what I got answer from them........Wheres humidity, where's any understanding other situation.... I waste my money,time, my energy too ...i carry all along my 4 big box which net net content around 5 to 6kg each of every box....If this situation is hapen in Mizoram, this kind of issue will be clear easily....All the staff will understand and give us some excuse I'm sure they will surely did....we reach on time...just for 5 10min giving is not abig problem for them for sure.

First they will update that address not found, even though address is complete and is just 5 mins walking from their. When you physically walk in and ask for item and if you are lucky if someone responds, they will revert that it will be attempted again for delivery. God knows how address not locatable one day becomes available next day. Got the item delivered in 3rd attempt. Simply no accountability of these guys. Waste of tax payers money

Visited for pass book entry. Lady sitting at S/B counter had worst attitude. No manners to speak to a customer. Avoiding work. On Saturday, 20.07.24, I reached at about 12.05 noon. She said pass book entry timing is upto 12.00 noon only. She closed the counter just in front of me when I was standing at the counter. Later, with great reluctance she did the work after argument. Now it is time to change for the Govt. staff. They should be properly trained or action should be taken for such behavior.

Speed post, Post office Payments Bank, Post Office Life Insurance, International Speed Post. These are the services provided in this post office. The workers are very kind and helpful. They will assist as much as they can. This post office is located very far from the gate. It is located at the last corner of the Konkan Bhavan. I wasn't able to find it but people there helped me to locate this post office. India Post hadn't put any sign board to get into the post office. Only people that are there can help you to visit the Konkan Bhavan Sub Post Office. This is a very good post office but if it is not located well then how will people visit here. Google maps also tell wrong location. They tell the route which is temporarily unavailable or closed. I was having very difficulties to find this post office. But the end I somehow locate the post office and went to it. I will also recommend Google Maps to update this location on their database.

Blame it on my luck or... The post office was having a bad day. Either way, the experience was a bit tiring. The Post office is inconspicuous and government has done a great job in making it into an invisible place in a busy enclosure. I guarantee you that unless you had a google map, or knew the local language, it would be really impossible to figure it out. Now, coming to the office, the number of counters provided are sufficient, but alas, except for a few good people, laziness and intolerance masks everyone inside. Moreover, the day I went, only one counter was functional and the time needed for sending a speed post was between 8-10 minutes. India post should pull up their socks, even though I know that they enjoy monopoly. Believe me, people are no more willing to give you respect, unless you are willing to give some. Have a nice day.
