It is non operational by name of STAR Enterprise. At same location, another Aadhar Seva Kendra is operational with name of Sai Raj Enterprises. It is in basement. It very poorly ventilated. Very poor service with wait time of 4-5 hours. Ladies who work there do not care about your time. They would just fill your manual form immediately and make you wait for long hours for biometric. Because biometric is done by madam who never comes on time and had plan to leave early on our day. If your biometric do not happen on same day, you are called on another day for grand waiting and then biometric. It gives you feel of deliberate delays without transparency in process. They charge you around 100 rupees, while government portal clearly says that Aadhar enrollment is done at no cost. In all, it is very poor service with money charged unofficially in corrupt way. On the next day, I got my Aadhar done at Vashi centre in 1 hour in a very systematic way with transparency. I would recommend for Panvel residents to do their Aadhar at Bank or at Vashi centre. It would make work at free in less time. For Vashi centre, appointment can be taken online.

Very bad experience. I was visited today at 4:30 PM for aadhar card I request them to take my child for aadhar card updation but 3 ladies told me now process is closed and after me they taking 2 person for aadhar card. Three ladies are very rude. I request to government please look into this. Disappointed. And charges are 200 rupees for new adhar card. I will log a complaint in consumer forum. Very bad treatment given by 3 ladies.

I love the way they treat and anyone who were giving negative ratings first learn that its not there fault its government fault who are failed to provide them basic amenities to work. Even though they are working there best giving tokens and then fulfilling the needs other than making chaos.

I don't want to give even 1 star. Slow and worst services due to very old 1990s machinery. Your entire staff members are irritated all the time and treat the customers very badly. Kindly hire new people with new machinery and give them a chance to work.. they will definitely work better than you. Very poor and slow.

Hello ma'am Why does your phone Continuous Switch Off? Third class service poor service

Very poor service and management. They think themselves as they are the only who can update aadhar. I went there to get number for aadhar updation. There are two ladies ...one of them I don't know what frustration she has...she don't know how to talk... Strong behavioral problem. Until I asked what are the days you take appointments ...they didn't tell about 2nd and 4th Saturday .... I visited there 3 times everytime she asked me to come tomorrow ..this time I asked them to atleast display somewhere this notice...she started arguing and talking rudely.... Very disappointed ...

This place still does Aadhar enrollment and updates. Their schedule and staff is quite hilarious. They give token number every 2nd and 4th Saturday post which they will call you for enrollment. Can't imagine how digital India will become a reality when you get only 2 opportunities in a month to even get a token.

Third class service Whenever visit for adhar, not working. Or if working First they ask to take token. For token u hv to come on date given by them.Than again for adhar u hv to waste one more day. Batter to visit maha e seva kendra near old post office Same day u will get token, all process will be completed within 1-2 hour.The person available there is cooperative.
