During my recent visit, I experienced rude and unprofessional conduct from one of the staff members. The staff member used disrespectful language and said, "I am not your naukar," which was very upsetting and unacceptable.
Additionally, the working hours of the post office are not clearly displayed anywhere on the premises, which causes inconvenience to customers.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to ensure professional behavior and proper display of office timings for the convenience of the public.

The person who does Aadhar enrollment is very good guy. He is accommodating, answers questions patiently, has attention to detail and really helpful guy. Was really disappointed with other Post offices but this person made experience awesome. God bless! Aadhar Token for day is available from 9 to 9.15am and queue starts much earlier.

For Aadhar update / new Aadhar u need to get form by 9 to 9:15 .. only 25 to 30 form per day..
better go and stand in queue by 08:30 am

We had very good experience for newborn baby aadhar card enrollment here.
Person in-charge is quick, friendly and helpful. We were lucky to walkin and get entry without token and enrollment was completed in no time

Worst experience here, lady at the counter dont want to work, she will always say come next week and never do work.
If your account does not belong to this post then dont come here, i guess for parcel they get money hence parcel counter works well
But lady does not work, we need complain so that she will not waste other people time

I won't complain about how the staff here work they're doing their best, handling the tough job of sorting parcels by location and updating tracking statuses. While the overall management could be improved, that's more of a government issue than the fault of the employees themselves.
I got helpful updates directly from the postmen inside the post office before my collection, and I could see they're genuinely working hard to assist. Let's not forget, this is one of the most affordable postal services available so expectations should be reasonable.

Always remain crowded! Its size is too less compared to the crowd living nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful and would generally not deliver our posts of living in gated high rise societty.
No separate queue for senior citizens or differently abled, etc.
They do provide aadhaar services but is generally very very crowded.
