I want to give a huge thank you to Hetal Khindri Mam for her incredible help! We struggled for 3 to 4 days trying to send a foreign parcel, but kept hitting errors. After multiple attempts, she finally found a solution for us. Thank you so much for your patience and for making sure our parcel was finally sent! Easy and best service for international parcels

You ask any queries regarding to internet banking they are blank even the APM and PM of the branch are not literate on the subject. One counter had long queue made to pass the time..Why the APM and PM divide the counters to make customers work and time easy going. Sad,this Post department still works in their own old traditional way when India is changing and becoming digital.!

One of the most irresponsible post offices I have experienced. The Post master should be held responsible for complete failure. Large open space but work area not Organized well.

I am really happy with the service , especially With Hetal ma'am service , she is very polite , friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to use their service

All including the head operator make excuses to waste time of people in queue and all the counter are closed for 90 minute daily during break from 1pm to 2:30 pm. Every operator at every counter makes everyone xause delays in taking requests from people while doing their pending tasks for a which people in line are not at fault. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

The employee at counter number one doesn't do their job properly. They just run around and cause trouble, not performing their duties responsibly. Their job is to serve the public, understand their problems, and resolve them, but they don't do that; they only cause inconvenience.

"SPEED POST" taken 5 days to reach packet from Pune to Mumbai. Such a pathetic department. These jokers call it SPEED POST and charging Rs 60 phir such pathetic service

18 Sept 2025 I visited this Post office for my daughter's Aadhar updation. A day before I had visited around 1030 AM and the day's quota of tokens was over. So 18th I reached around 0930 AM there was already few people in a queue. We stood in the line. Patiently waiting for our number.. we didn't know exactly how they will hand over the token. 10 AM sharp they opened it and the entire flow of people followed in a queue. Now there will always be some people who want to break the line, rush in and breach the discipline, fortunately there are always 5 more to shout at such mischievous characters. They ensure such self proclaimed privileged people are put in the right place in the queue. Thereafter the Aadhar counter officer instructed everyone to take a numbered form , read the instructions and return with supporting documents. She also aksed people to arrive in a time slot given for the whole day based on their preparedness as well as token number. A rare concession was offered to few who were ready to stay back and wait of out of turn number in case that slot was getting no show. I took the form and quickly glanced through it and filled it with the lightening speed. In less than 3 minutes I appeared before the counter where a young girl was already in the process of biometrics and photo graphy. He dad was standing patiently next. Soon after another guy came up who was actually having earlier token number than mine. I requested him to allow us to move ahead and he graciously accepted to do so. These are people who come from humble background but have heart in a right place and accomodative to the fault. As my daughter entered the booth, a women officer there explained her the process and got her biometrics , image and also the updation details and with a fees of 100 INR we left within 5 to 10 minutes. We all talk about lethargy and sluggishness in the government offices. Which is sad fact of life. However my experience with India Post has always been extremely satisfying. Be it philately stamps at GPO Pune Camp it the one I visited at Chinchwad. The image can be made ir destroyed by the people we meet. And fortunately we met very sharp women officer who knew her job thoroughly and helped people as best as she could. Her name based in the acknowledgement we found was Ms.Ashwini Kishore Mandavagane. Government officials must learn from her how to deal with commoners who approach for the work and patienly guide them. People are not aware of the process, form , documentation and travel from a distance to reach a Post Office or similar Aadhar center. Sometimes they put a day off at work at their own expense. They need help. And even some of us manage to upset the government officer by our hundreds of queries and repeatations, patient is the key. And some people really are blessed with this virtue. She was one of those . Thanks officer and Chinchwad Post Office out work was done quickly and more over even though we were told it will take few days , today I was pleasently surprised to see the Aadhar Card was Updated on line which I promptly downloaded All this was made possible due to one officer who decided to help commoners which is what they hold the office and have been entrusted with the powers there. Thanks
