Very disappointed and frustrated with this post office service.
No one ever attempts to deliver parcels to the home. There are no calls, no door knocks--nothing. Instead, they directly send a message saying "unable to deliver" with vague and false reasons.
What is the purpose of having a post office if customers have to personally visit every single time to collect their parcels? This is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and a complete waste of time for the public.
Worst delivery service experience. Absolutely unacceptable. Hope someone takes some strict action against them.

Not even one in last one year have they delivered one package at my home. Everytime they drop a slip telling to come to post office to collect the parcel or envelope. What is the purpose of having a post office if we have to come everytime by ourselves to pick it???? Noone calls over phone to check or update, there is no message update not they have a clear proper reason.

Very disappointing experience at India Post, Moshi branch.
One of the staff members (dark-skinned, quite arrogant in behavior) was extremely rude and unhelpful. He behaved as if the post office belongs to his Father! (Its government not yours). I visited for help regarding a misplaced parcel (possibly delivered to the wrong address), but instead of assisting, he spoke with a lot of attitude and said, "If you don't understand, call customer care."
This is not how government employees should treat customers. We expect basic respect and support when we visit for genuine help. India Post needs to take action and improve their staff's behavior toward customers.

Completely useless service.
They haven't came for the delivery and updated the status that door was closed, however I have given the address of shop for delivery, which remain open from 7.30AM to 11PM.
How come the door was closed, I am unable to understand.
They haven't called even once and sent the parcel back to origin without confirming.

My experience with Moshi Post Office's Speed Post service was horrible. This review is strictly about their parcel services, not other departments. I received a message saying my parcel was dispatched, but later got another saying "Not Delivered - Insufficient Address."
When I visited the office to collect it, a staff member named Nitin was rude and insisted my parcel was returned, refusing to give clear responses to my queries. He continually told me they had not received any parcel with my name or address and seemed unwilling to help.
Fortunately, another staff member listened to my issue and eventually found my parcel in a pile. It was evident that the worker had not properly checked the address before marking it undeliverable. The parcel was clearly labeled, and this lack of effort was unacceptable.
Overall, their parcel service is poorly managed, and the experience was frustrating. Not a good place for reliable Speed Post services.

My last 5 letters were returned.Postman drops back dated slip and letters get return to the origin.There is someone always there at my home still the letters never get delivered.Considering there efficiency of work it's better to shut down this post office or atleast change the postman. Very rude and arrogant behaviour.

We have to pick parcel from post office, at 9 am to 10.30 am only, they doesn't deliver at address, common man take leave and pick the parcel if you need other wise parcel will be returned to origin.

Disgusting Post office services .
This is third time I get message address is insufficient! How this happens all times? First time they leave a small chit outside my house to collect a letter from post. Second time insufficient address. I went to collect at post and they said it went back. Again my old parents have to work hard to resend it. Third time again insufficient address. The address written is in very very much details mentioning every small details of 7 lines? They don't even call ? I strongly fell they don't come to the houses due to laziness or they just send fake message that address is insufficient.
I am going to complain about this. Once we go there staff don't have proper information and all mess is going on there.
Government should appoint some responsible and knowledgeable people here.
