RPO mobile van baner is inside this campus and it is literally a van. No parking so you have to park on roadside. Got an appointment time for 12 but my process started at 1.26 just 4mins before their lunch break. There is no one to tell who to go next so people have to figure out themselves as per their time or anyone can go. Process was smooth just not the managemnet.

Location is convenient for local people to avoid going all the way to Pune passport office and slots are largely available however the appointment takes lot of time due to having only single counter inside a van. Each applicant usually requires 20-25 mins so go prepared to sit for 2-3 additional hours even though you reach before the scheduled appointment slot. Sitting is available, couldn't see washroom facility. No parking for visitors, need to park on the road. You will need xerox of the passport, if renewing, and supporting documents as there's no xerox facility in the premises.

The staff at the first counter on the first floor was extremely slow and took over an hour to locate my returned PCC parcel. He showed no concern for customers' time and was arrogant and unprofessional in his behaviour. The Passport Office needs to address such poor service urgently.

I would like to bring to your notice the inconvenience faced by applicants and their relatives at the Passport Regional Office. There is no proper waiting area available outside the office for relatives. There is not even a covered space for standing. Due to this, many elderly people and middle-aged women are forced to stand for long hours under open conditions, which is extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, the security/watchmen posted outside the office are using rough and uncooperative language with visitors. They are not guiding people properly and also appear to have no clear information about the ongoing process inside the office, which creates confusion and distress. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to: Arrange a covered waiting area for relatives Ensure basic seating facilities, especially for senior citizens Instruct security staff to behave politely and provide proper guidance I hope this feedback will be taken positively and necessary improvements will be made at the earliest. Nice experience, reach just 15 min before appointment otherwise you will not be allowed to enter. only 2 wheeler parking available, for 4 wheeler you have to park your vehicle on road opposite office. For documents only Aadhaar card is enough for birth proof and Address proof. For renewal of passport you need old passport. Xerox facility is available in office. Time required is only 15 min. At first counter you need to show documents, at second counter both hand finger print and your photo will be taken, at third counter your documents again verified and Acknowledgement receipt is given. Finish.
