I wish that the allotted staffs be more polite and give detailed guidance inorder to avoid humble citizens from coming back time and again from far distance. And I don't why I spent double amount for rescheduling Tatkaal Passport Appointment. Secondly, if the office could kindly arrange lounge area, where we can at least sit and wait for our appointment. Paying Rs.4000 for the first and appointment and another Rs.4000 for the reschedule and yet had to keep standing waiting outside. Very inhospitable to Bonafide Indian citizens.

The staff were non-cooperative and behaved in a disrespectful manner. There was no proper guidance provided at any counter, and even the guard at the entrance was rude and unhelpful. Basic queries were ignored instead of being addressed politely. The overall attitude of the staff showed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Such behaviour is unacceptable at a government service center meant to assist citizens.

Very disappointing experience at Passport Seva Kendra. I applied under Tatkaal and brought all the required documents as per the official guidelines -- Birth Certificate, Scheduled Caste Certificate, and Aadhaar Card. However, the scrutiny staff at the entrance did not properly check my documents and simply told me to reschedule, claiming that one document was missing. Later, they asked me to bring Driving Licence and PAN Card, which were not clearly communicated earlier, even though I had already brought the required Tatkaal documents. Due to this careless and unclear scrutiny process, my appointment was rescheduled and have to apply a new one again. They instead told me to apply in normal process even deciding my rights, causing loss of money, time, and unnecessary stress. The attitude of the scrutiny staff was also unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of clearly guiding applicants, they create confusion and inconvenience. I request the authorities to train the scrutiny staff better, ensure they verify documents carefully, and communicate requirements clearly, especially for Tatkaal applicants.

I had great experience and the staffs was very helpful, especially counter 2, thankyou for such a great service.

I am really happy with the experience that I had at psk imphal I was applying for a fresh passport the whole process just took an hour hardly and the staff were polite and approachable. Really had a very great experience and thanks to all the staff members

I have faced The worst staff here . Experienced a nightmare.

I was nervous after reading all the previous reviews but my appointment went well and smoothly. The staffs were helpful and it didn't take that long to get my verifications done, it went better than I expected.

Got an early appointment for reissue. Got done through a few steps. The APO office never called my name. Everyone that came after me got called. Have to wait 3 hours. What's the point in booking an appointment early if they won't even honor that? Or even willing to hear that? Such incompetence.
