The worse service one can ever get. Very arrogant staffs over there. Been several times I have had problems with this office. The staff makes people wait for hours. Once I came over and knocked for several times and also waited for about 20 minutes outside hoping they would open the office soon. Then the postman came and opened the door, inside were the staffs who didn't even have the courtesy to open the door or even announce their presence. Had the postman not come I would have been waiting for hours. Another time they complained that I shouldn't use the address which I used in my parcel, the next time they said I shouldn't use the one which they said I should use. Another time I got my delivery a month after. Can we get better and more well-mannered staff here please?

I have posted a letter through speed post to PNBA building area meant to be delivered in 3 days time but takes forever. On the 7th day, they've updated in tracking consignment as delivered but never delivered neither make any call although phone number was mentioned. I wander if they've thrashed my post. The guy in Christian colony area works loyally and never misses the post.

Unlike any other post office in India. Everytime we have to go and collect from the post office. If we ask for delivery, the employees will ask us to come and collect from the office. Like really??? Why are they working if they don't want to do their job?? Or are they getting paid only for office work and not for delivery service? If so, kindly employee a delivery guy for God sake

I don't even want to give one str but to comment ... Useless laziest posts OFICE ever... Don't be ashamed to do ur work correctly n on time don't store our things for 5-6 working days we have pay to transfer our materials..this is my 5th day of trying to track my ID but still couldn't get anything after 5-6 days is it a speed post??

This post office worker are very poor in service... I think govt should check the working hours..... They came very late and leave early and their service are worst

Very poor service. Even speed post took more than a month . I didn't expect this.

Timing shared online is 9-3 but they are closed by 12 for sending. The worker here are so arrogant and so full of attitude.

Opening time is 9 am. I've been standing outside and waiting since 9 am and the staffs arrived at 10:30 am. What kind of employees are they.???
