Very helpful people. They patiently heard and addressed our queries. The only thing which I did not like was the infrastructure. It is an old dilapidated building. There is no lift. I would not recommend elderly people with arthritis or similar ailments to visit this place. Everything is still manual. IMHO, CDA needs to automate the entire process as soon as possible.

* Should have a proper Email ID & contact details to resolve the issues & expediting things.... * Things are not transparent at all . *No shedule date of any target oriented work.....

This itself needs urgent Development as office is in deloporated condition . Nothing is set up except old structural building . No lift , no parking , no chair for visitors , no modern toilets .... what they questions and underlying defaults in placed building plan seems matter of laugh as they themselves are not following set building by laws ...

Experience in this office is very BITTER for a client who are the customer of this office. As usual government officials very reluctant to move files without VITAMIN M. Procedure for how to apply for a certain job they hesitate to tell.

This office staff is not hearing public appeals . The do not have a proper email id also to contact . They do not refund EMD amount timely for the unsuccessful bidders . Very bad way of dealing .

I applied for a small residential plot in 2004. Thank God I could get it and finally it was alloted to me in 2019 in sec - 13.

It is a very important office area but the way it is managed is very very disappointing.
