RTO Jharsuguda

Here, i went for learning licence exam, easy to discover as it is just side to main road. For driving test, you have to go behind the building. As, you can see the below pictures.

Ekdum bekar service hay inka , worst experience for learner licence test, I was quit the exam before time , I did not know whether I had gone to give the learner's license test or to fill up the captcha.

I wasn't aware we're supposed to drive in-between the lines, I was just told in layman, drive to that corner and reverse and use indicator. Fine I did and they said I failed, I'm like "what!!" then they said I didn't drive in line and I'm like why didn't you say so cuz I could literally see no lines there as they were all scattered by other drivers. I still said no problem I can drive give me another chance to which the dv guy said no need I'm letting you go by passing you. Yeah whatever. But that sums up, the govt authority sucks. But good things was the moment I passed I got my virtual license.
