One of the worst service.no meaning of time slot.no facility for customers.just see the waiting lounge.

Staffs are supportive , situtated in regional post office Sambalpur , Infront of BPCL PETROL PUMP . Required documents for fresh apply PASSPORT - 1 - Aadhar card with verification mark 2- 10th marksheet 3- Pancard Father name must be match in applying form & document id .

It was not a quick service. It will take some hours around 4hrs. It's like being on time is a punishment. So prefer to come if you have time in abundance. And keep in mind to have proper documents. Limited Sitting arrangement is done for applicant and it is verge of being broken. Water dispense is not there also

Good service with polite manner.

The officer-in-charge was very courteous and polite. Handled all the citizen queries with patience and gave simple and clear explanation about document related queries. Please don't expect things to complete at the given time slot. Usually the slots are running 30 mins to an hour late so be prepared to wait as there is only one officer handling all the processes

Only One Official alloted so the appointment time is of no use and will require very much wait time for verification process.

Very Bad experience. I had my appointment at 1.00 pm. I have been waiting till 4.40pm, may be more and the people who had appointment at 11.00am, they are also waiting till now. The system server is very slow plus the working efficiency of the staff is also very bad. They won't tell you what to do at one go. They keep calling you again and again and still no completion of the process. The calling of names is not systematic. The duration of the process is also not fixed. May be it will finish in 5 min or, it may also take 20 min for one person. If you are planning to come here from a distant place, then make sure you have patience and time to spend whole day here only. If you are a working person and taking leave for this appointment, I would better suggest to do this process through broker. Because the day will be ruined and you will not get another leave. Please have your lunch or, bring it here, if you are thinking of having lunch after the appointment. No bathroom or, toilet facilities. Bring your own water bottle. May be a power bank is also required as there is no plug point in the waiting area and you will definitely have your phone drained, while waiting. Good Luck.

Staffs are very friendly and supportive but they are not sticking to schedule time they have given . Infrastructure is poor ,you have to stand outside the office till your call come as very few chairs are outside , You will also find street dogs sleeping near to you .
