slowest service from the staff . only one person was there . successfully wasted whole day and location is also very bad you have to walk across the market

Very poor service. Appointment time has no meaning here. You have to wait 2-3 hours after your appointment time. Rude staff and the passport officer turban guy don't no how to talk should be fired immediately. Avoid this place go to Chandigarh or LDH

Place is Clean and In open Environment. Photostat and Other facilities available near to POPSK. This POPSK is best for early appointments. As compassion to patiala popsk this place is best. They will call you on your appointment time. There is No rush and long queues. Sitting facilitiy available for waiting. You will get you turn on your time. The staff is gud i didn't find anything wrong with staff. They are doing there job well and fast. Don't trust on the previous reviews. My appointment was on 1 May and my experience was best. I had visited Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Patiala Passport offices but Bassi Pathana's Office is better than them. So do not worry book your appointment and reach on time. You can consider this review as a genuine review as i have personally visited this place

Extremely slow. Waited for more than 2 hours despite the appointment slotted much in advance. Very poor staff and extremely random process. They kept calling for appointment out of order until we protested and asked them to call in the order of the appointment time. Very poor centre. The person in-charge told us "Don't worry. Aaj ki date mein ho jayega". Is that why we schedule appointments online while registering?

They are terrible in service. Never visit there. Rude in service. There talks are so un logical. Never visit there. Shut down the place

I went in July for renewal of my passport,it was extremely hot,yet there's no arrangement of even fans there, moreover the girl was so rude while checking your filled form, as to talk about the passport official staff,it was knowledgeable and supportive

Extremely slow , they don't have any value of time and people's. There's sitting area but it's super hot in summers . Person who take a look on papers and tell about time she s super rude . Never suggest this office to anyone.
