POPSK Bathinda Office

Hi, I am reviewing POPSK here. The area is located at the back side of the complex, so you can enter from both side left or right, though left is preffered. The seating arrangement is good. The water was not available inside when I was there. Air conditioning is also not there in the area. The setup is quite decent. Although, The employees work efficiently but still it takes more time than required maybe due to less staff.

We were given appointment time at 1 pm , as we reached there at 12:45 and reported, the staff went to lunch . THEN WHY WERE WE GIVEN THE APPOINTMENT AT 1 pm ?????.after that the system went down , according to staff , had to wait for 2 hours. Unsatisfactory experience.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding PCC Appointment Experience - Immediate Action Required Dear Authority/management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience at the POPSK BATHINDA during my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) appointment on February 27, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The service was highly unprofessional, and the conduct of the staff was unacceptable. Despite bringing all the required documents as listed on the official website, we were unexpectedly asked to provide a printout of the appointment letter, even though the letter itself clearly stated in bold that no printout was required. When we pointed this out, instead of assisting us, the staff responded rudely and insisted otherwise. After arranging the requested printout within 15 minutes, we were then informed that a hard copy of our marriage certificate was also required--something that was not mentioned earlier. Again, we rushed to get the document and returned within another 15 minutes. However, upon our return, the staff mocked us and refused service, stating that our appointment time had passed and that we needed to book a new appointment. Key Concerns: Lack of clear and consistent communication regarding required documents. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from staff. Failure to provide proper assistance, despite customers following instructions. Unnecessary delays and inconvenience, causing distress to applicants. Such behavior is completely unacceptable at a government office where citizens expect professionalism and efficiency. I strongly urge the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the relevant authorities to investigate this matter and take immediate action to prevent others from facing similar mistreatment.
