This consultancy is a complete fraud. I applied for a Canada visitor visa through them. Without my knowledge or permission, they submitted fake documents in my file, which resulted in a 5-year ban from Canada. I was only 23 years old, and these 5 years are extremely important for my future. IRCC gave 15 days to respond, but this consultancy never informed me, hid the information, and did nothing. Because of their negligence and fraud, the ban was finalized. The ban was issued on 24 October, but I only found out on 31 December, and that too by accident, when my work permit was refused. Until then, they kept saying my file was "in process." They ignored calls and messages and gave me my GCKey only after a lot of pressure. That's when I discovered the truth myself. They even edited the refusal PDF and sent me a fake version to hide the ban. Due to their actions, my mother also received a 5-year ban, and they never informed us. This is not just my case -- my friend's mother and father also received 5-year bans because of this consultancy, and their bans were also hidden from them. they were told it was only a refusal, but in reality, it was a 5-year ban. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT trust this consultancy. They submit fake documents, hide critical information, and ruin lives. I am telling everyone to take their GCKey from this consultancy and check your files. So take your GCKey from them and check your file yourself. Do not trust them even 1%. Because of them, me and my entire family are under a lot of stress.
