BE AWARE !!!! They don't have the professionalism for handling their clients. They are fraud , there are many other centres you all can visit, but don't ever come to this place . All the negative reviews are truth, its my personl experience as well. They hired a new staff now but their old staff in 2020-2023 were the ones who spoiled my these three four years . They neglected my file , even college gave the response , but when i ask them they told me they hadn't receive any . There are many reasons why i can't reach canada. One of most important of them is that this irresponsible team who told me to submit passport very late when i called and asked them . Otherwise they don't bother to told me so . I got my passport right next day of the orientation of my college , but booom college registration was not done because they were asking for stamped passport but i got my passport one day late . And college requirement was that i should be there in canada for orientation and a week before class begin. This team never get the blame and responsibility of what they did . Even that madam who was handling student visas , was very rude to me. She was saying the college will accept it and will do your registration. They failed me . I trust them. I waited for too long but all i got was nothing . There are some reviews regarding forcefully asking for reviews so after that they give your passport , that's true , they do that.
