passport office

Visited this passport service office today and honestly had a disappointing experience. The staff didn't seem very helpful or informed about the process. Most of the time they were just telling people to go to higher authorities instead of guiding them properly. A few of them were sitting idle and chatting while many visitors were waiting for help. I hope the management looks into this and improves the overall service, because people come here expecting proper support.

Very poor service. Staff just try to return back the applicants on behest of some documents. My application was returned on the petty reason that it will done from Jalandhar Passport Office only. Highly unethical and unresponsive attitude without caring about the time of applicants

Very Cooperative staff but conditions of working for them are bad as , No AC is working, Not in Office, not in waiting area, No facility for photocopy, Takes little more time, Upstairs, Needs improvement.

I dont know if staff want to work or not....it is clearly mentioned on appoitment page that physical copy isnt required anymore but still they insist on physical copy....they dont care about appointment time slots and just want to disturb everyone

I had a very disappointing experience at the Passport Seva Kendra in Moga. I had an appointment scheduled for 12 PM, but I was made to sit and wait for almost 3 hours, only to be told around 3 PM that my Aadhaar photo needed to be updated. This kind of delay and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. If there was an issue with my documents, especially something as basic as a mismatch in the Aadhaar photo, it should have been checked and communicated right at the beginning--not after wasting several hours of my time. The staff should seriously work on improving their process. Document verification should be done promptly, and applicants should be informed of any problems as early as possible. It's frustrating and discouraging for people who travel long distances and take time off work to attend these appointments. I hope the authorities look into this and make necessary improvements.

Very good palace for nearby people to avail Passport relating services

I have appointment for 11:15 but i have to wait for almost 4 hours to attend me and that was super frustrating and none of their employees care about that. Worst one in area

Visited today 11 July 2024 for my son's passport renewal. Appointment was scheduled for 1345 hrs but staff told your turn will come around 1530 hrs. Unprofessional staff, Pathetic service, staff don't even know how to deal with applicants.
