Cooperative staff. Bath room facility available. Relevant information displayed on the board. Situated on second floor hence very difficult for seniors and handicapped persons.

For me it's very hard to give even 1 star to Phagwara passport seva kendr office , very bad service actually and that old guy don't know how to talk with the people and even he don't know what are the documents required , un necessary they are holding the passport( clearly BIG NO to Phagwara office , please naa jayo ethe apna time waste karn de lyi , even eh koi tough condition v ni samjhde person di , bas iko gal old man walo Jalandhar jayo submit krn , fer ehna ne ethe office Kyu open kita aa )

We arrived on time for the appointment, traveling 100 km and they refused to do anything. Staff was rude and not helpful. Without reason they told us they will not process our documents. Recommend to not take appointment here.

Not good service provided by them. Even its online system but they refused our application to process. They suggested us to go Nearby passport offices. Hence by this psk must be removed if they cannot process all applications

No one to guide you at this location, what you need to do when you arrive at PSK. Ask people sitting in the waiting area what you need to do. No water facility. It looks like a temporary location, located in a small cabin on 2nd floor of post office. Please carry all the printouts, as they don't accept SMS as a proof for appointment (Even PSK website says in thr instructions that you can show SMS or printout). There is photocopy and printout shop just in front of PSK incase you need that at final moments. Documents to carry Adhaar card copy, Passport copy, appointment print out and also self declaration form copy( incase you don't have this form they will handover you a copy at last moment and you have to rush for photocopy).

Poor Services by any Passport sewa kender I have ever seen.poor arrangements and pathetic sitting.Not expecting this kind of arrangements from Central Govt for its citizen. They must improve everything Asap, No value of time here,people having appointments of 12 noon are allowed to enter inside at 1.30 and getting silly rejections which can be avoided to speed up the processes.

pathetic service..the girl who served us was extremely rude and inefficient..disappointed..
