I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the UDI Centre. According to the official website, the centre was shown as open from Monday to Saturday. However, upon visiting the centre on Saturday, I found it closed. When I inquired locally, I was informed that the centre had been closed since morning. This discrepancy between the website information and the actual status of the centre caused unnecessary inconvenience, resulting in both loss of time and money. I kindly request the Punjab Government to ensure that accurate and updated information is displayed on the website. If the centre is closed due to any reason, it should be clearly reflected online so that citizens are not misled. I hope prompt action will be taken to prevent such issues in the future and to improve the reliability of public services. Your Sincerely Khem Raj Thakur

All staff members are Polite and supportive, well behaved and Professional too. It's my 1st visit here for address updation in Adhaar, Mostly I preferred Chandigarh Aadhaar center. But seen such type of helpful behaviour here impressed me to share my good experience. My Experience rating 4.8 , Deducted 0.2 not for the staff but structural/ other facilities need to be improvement.

I had to get my driving license duplicate made through biometric, I have been running around for two days, and this lady(on counter-4) just sitting there. She told me yesterday to come back today, and today she's saying she'll finish the work of yesterday first, then she'll do mine. These service center people have made me so crazy. No one complains about them nor does anyone monitor whether they are working properly or not, just keep running around.

It does take a long time for government related things to get done, but overall the staff is very kind The receptionist was very supportive and answered queries with a smile they charge like 10 rupees to fill your form per page, which is reasonable and the fee for whatever you are there to do

Members have good understanding and communication. But the place is very crowdy and long waiting hours. Recommended to go early as possible in the morning.

Only 2 counters ( out of 4 ) working. Representatives saying that website is not working. Govt could have provides better servers/ websites/ internet connections to their offices atleat.

The staff is blatantly rude, treating a 10 minute job in an empty office like it's impossible, on top of that whole 2 hours before closing.

This why i hate such people, they are simply denying to provide updation service and doing their work slowly.
