It was very smooth experience. The verification was completed even before my time of appointment. Steps to follow: 1. Deposit your documents (Pan Card, Aadhaar, 10th Marksheet) inside the office. Appointment reciept is not mandatory but if you have you can deposit it too. 2. When it's your turn, they will call you. 3. You have to self attested the PAN, Aadhaar and 10th Marksheet. 4. Inside, first they will capture your photo, then they will take your biometrics. next they will approve the photocopies given by you and upload it to the portal. 5. it Will take max 10 minutes to complete all this. They they will give you a number, you have to keep it with you. 6. As per them it may take 30 days to arrive your passport. I have done it on 10 july.. let's see when this arrive, I'll update this answer. 7. Remember to keep original documents of the above three as well.

I had the worst experience. they kept me waiting for three hours and wanted me to stay longer and they don't tell us exact documents needed at first time and i went to e-mitra 3 times

Staff not working properly and senserly. Online time show 5:30 pm but officer close office sharpe 5 pm and going home. Total Time waste
