I went for a speed post, and my experience was horrible. There was only one window open for it , even when Raksha bandhan festival is only a week away. The clerk was very slow and took around 5 mins. Per person due to which i had to wait 45 mins. And to add to the tale of miseries, it was lunch time at 1pm when my turn came and had to wait 30 mins for the lunch to finish.
There were no markings for maintaining social diatancing and people out of their restlessness came on closer and closer as the time passed. There is nobody to maintain diacipline and the working output is too slow which wastes a lot of manhours for a work as simple as taking a speed post. Highly disappointed.

Least possible staff, it takes at least one to one and half hour for a small work. Arrangements are urgently needed to be improved. Indian people still have full trust on Post Office Schemes. So Government should look into the matter and deploy staff immediately.
