Good for urgent work but the waiting area is so small for people and they took more time to do work.

I was not provided complete and accurate information by the office employee, due to which I faced considerable inconvenience and also lost one day of casual leave from my office.

All the staff at the passport office were friendly and fast working. The passports of all three members of our entire family were made in just half an hour.A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff

Visited with my husband for his passport renewal, but was asked to wait outside. The so-called "waiting room" was just an open area with benches under a shed--completely inadequate in Kota's summer heat. A proper indoor waiting space with basic amenities is badly needed. Hope authorities take notice and improve the facility.

Passport Office, Kota I recently visited the Passport Office in Kota for consultancy regarding a passport application, and I was deeply disappointed by my experience. While the water and parking facilities were adequate, the condition of the road outside the campus and the entrance infrastructure is abysmal. The worst part was the complete lack of seating arrangements, making the wait extremely uncomfortable. What stood out even more was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They lacked basic manners and courtesy, speaking to me in a condescending tone as if they were in charge and I was a bother. Instead of offering guidance, they seemed more interested in giving dismissive instructions like "go away." It's disheartening to see such poor customer service and a lack of respect for visitors. This office seriously needs to reconsider its approach to both infrastructure and staff behavior. What a shameful display of arrogance and lack of professionalism. Thank You

In general if we have -ve experiences about government offices and we point them out. So we should also praise their efforts. Had a great experience at the office. The staff is very supportive special mention to the security personal. He is so good with his duty but also generous enough. I haven't met such a person since a while. The staff is corporative and helps old age people with documents as they are unable to do so. 5/5 Thanks Gov of India and Staff out here.

The behavior of most people in the office is quite rude, from Counter A to C, all the way to the lady guard at the exit. They should learn to treat others with respect.
