In contrast to its promised quality of service, Thomas Cook really disappointed us with their rushed attitudes before payments and complete non response post payment. We had taken a honeymoon package through TC but the quality of offers included in the tour was much below standard (crowded places instead of private candle light dinner, cheap poor quality food in chosen restaurants and standard of hotels promised). Plus, some added offers were promised post tour but not provided despite repeated attempts to communicate with the team. Definitely not worth the hype. The two stars are just for providing a good local guide and local transport vehicle.

Stay away from all their domestic packages at least until they mend their ways.

They have completely lost it.
They are providing very unhygienic and lack Lustre service not sure for what reasons.

My Thomas cook borderless prepaid card was being debited continuously with fraud transactions; I contacted the office through email, they said they will look into the matter and reply but haven't since then even after follow ups.
1) There is a security loop hole.
2) Inadequate customer service.
Nonetheless the staff is polite.
