We are very disappointed with our recent visit to your studio. The photographer took a few decent poses, but the final photos were of very poor quality. It looks like the raw images were printed without any editing -- no touch-ups, no color correction, and no adjustments. This is not what we expect from a professional studio. What made it worse is that it took one whole week to deliver these unedited photos. We came to capture special family memories, but the photos looked very plain and unprofessional -- almost like they were taken on a mobile phone. Please consider hiring better editors and staff who are skilled and respectful. Good editing and customer service can really make a difference. We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service.

They are open on Sundays which was the only good thing. I did not find the experience pleasant with a grumpy photographer. Usually photographers are expected to be cheerful and friendly. So this was a surprise.

Customers hospitality is very poor. Spokes rudely.. Moderate photographer.. Asks for retake by saying correction in the photo, he seems not happy.. One old aged fellow was there and he seems very rude.. Old IAB quality of photography is missing..

Worst experience - they were overacting while taking the photos but final result was very bad and not worth the money. They didn't do any editing, just gave the raw photos without even changing the background. Worst studio in CBE

Very Disappointing Experience We visited IAB Studio for our baby's portrait session, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The photographer asked us to select a photo frame before we even saw the soft copies. When we said we'd prefer to decide after reviewing the photos, their attitude shifted noticeably. The rest of the session felt rushed, and the service became cold and impersonal. Despite claiming to be in the business for a long time, the photographer didn't seem experienced with babies. There was little patience or effort to make the session smooth or enjoyable. When we received the photos, the quality was average at best -- definitely not worth the price or the hassle. Would not recommend IAB Studio for baby photography.

Vast customer service appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. The photographer lacks up-to-date skills, which significantly impacts the quality of the final product. I highly do not recommend them to anyone looking to create a truly memorable experience.

Staffs were rude. And they won't even take our suggestions. The photos were very below average. We come to studio to take standard photos and it should hold a memory. But the family portait they took looks like mobile photography only. Total 5 photos. Everything looks so similar. They are not cooperative. They don't suggest poses or nothing. It's not like the old iab. We also had come there in 2005, 2010. Those photos were very nice and till now, we get compliments for that pic. But the service now is highly dissapointing. Kindly appoint new talented photographers and editors, who not only does good work but also has a good attitude
