So disappointed!
I have visited so many post offices all over India but this post office in Kodai kanal is very weird especially that old senior staff who prints the receipts (He charged me 1490 and in the bill he has printed 1428 ) say "it's printing mistake" or a scam? Where and who we are supposed to trust now? Also they check everything inside our packages as if we are some terrorists !? So so disappointed

"Very bad experience. I visited the post office 5 times but my parcel was rejected each time without any valid reason. The staff behave based on face value and talk to customers in a very rude manner. The service is completely unprofessional. I want to warn other customers not to expect proper help here, only problems. I request higher authorities to take strict action or provide proper training to the staff so that customers don't face such issues in the future
