We planned a trip from Chennai to Coorg during the Pongal season. The people who usually arrange our package tours couldn't get us a room because we asked at the last minute. So, we randomly searched online and contacted this company. They arranged everything wonderfully. The room was exactly as we had requested. Regarding the car and sightseeing, we had initially planned for three days, but then we changed the program to two days due to urgent work. They correctly planned and took us to the important places that we would have seen in three days, within two days. They suggested excellent hotels for accommodation and places for shopping and dining. Therefore, our three-day trip, which was shortened to two days, turned out very well. We were much happier than expected. They kept contacting us over the phone, asking if everything was going well, if we had been picked up on time, whether journey is safe etc. This team was a well-organized team. They made the customer feel very comfortable. Whatever issue we mentioned, whether it was about food or the bus stop, the driver immediately provided an alternative solution. He had very good local area knowledge. So, it was very good. I'm giving them 4.5 stars. I was really satisfied. 4.5 is due to language issue. Driver was unable to understand Tamil and English. He can speak kannada and Hindi only. Price was also very competitive compared to others

Very well conducted tour. It is not possible to do this trip personally since there is so much to cover. Patriban coordinates well. Please have fixed departure dates so that we can inform friends and family. Overall it is a value for money trip.
