well planned tour. we went phu quoc island vietnam

As a Senior citizen I was very happy and enjoyed the tour , both Dr Mathialagan and Mrs Mathialagan were very kind to all the persons who came to the tour and they have arranged our Indian food in different north indian restaurant and the food was also very nice and whenever we get tired after returning from sightseeing to bus they immediately give us some snacks and water bottle, the tour was like a family tour

Generally it was all good. However take note of the following for improvements.
1. Choice of hotels are important, we had 1 case whereby there was total blackout & to our astonishment there was no staff available while the hotel entrances were left open and unattended. This is a major security & safety issue.
2. Another hotel was not fumigated nor cleaned from pests, many experienced insects nuisance in the middle of the night.
3. Your tour guide should be trained to plan the daily itinerary in advance for knowing places of vist opening hours etc for efficient execution of the time available. At times when faced with difficulties he should be able to provide solutions. We found this lacking.
4. Hopefully you can provide a more comfortable seating bus for our size of 17+4 pax. It was quite cramped.
Anyway you can get all these details from Mr Mariappan your tour assistant who had recorded it.

Over all experience was great. Handling of guests was comandable., yet with one misbehavior of driver has spoiled the sprit. Regarding food&shelter, Parvimal is generous in giving top star accomandation and also b/f.Food evevn though menu was teprated, it was ok. But I have to mention that our experience with Sugam was not palatable. Overall

Basically there is no provision to give less than one star and hence I started by giving one star other wise negative star only should be given for this tour operator . What I am going to write is my personal experience had with Parvimal tours so that whoever in their dreams also visit this operator should not be taken for a ride . I have planned to write a series of reviews so that all the mischief played by them are brought to light . This message is only trailer to my series of reviews
They approached us that they have a UK and Europe package . As we have travelled to UK we requested them for a Europe package Hence they informed us that we could join at Amsterdam for the European tour alone . We were also offered a small discount as we will not be taking UK visa as well skipping first day stay of London . After agreeing to this Parvimal Tours just before departure forced us that if we do not pay in full he would not provide us the ticket on the day the group lands in Amsterdam and that we could join the group next day only meaning that we should forego one day of tour.
Having no other option we had had to pay in full
THIS WAS NOTHING BUT SHEER EXTORTION BY PARVIMAL TOURS
