I had contacted this office on several occasions from Chennai regarding a stamp paper refund. I am so much appreciative of this TN Govt office because there was not a single occasion the phone was not picked up..Whoever picked up always politely and patiently heard me. Today I contacted this office and as usual the phone was promptly picked up and after hearing me out the gentleman asked me to call in the evening. The same person gave me all the relevant details I was asking, after making official calls to Gudalur, my heartfelt gratitude to him. I am 68years and never once had I such a response from a Govt office. I don't even know his name and he doesn't know me personally either. Hats off to him and all the staff and the head of this office. Thanks again.. .

Rich can enter office, poor has to stand out. Applied for marriage certificate, abided all the rules. Each and every have climb up the hill. During due date of submission of my MC they have lost all my lost my submitted documents carelessly and without any responsibility they're asking to submit documents again from the beginning and start all over that's 30 days agian. This happened 5 years ago still cannot forgive those people..

very clean and good atmosphere. waiting chairs and easy friendly staff. Lunch time closed and opened with minute accuracy. Keep it up.
