Best done with a local document writer. Quick processing in the afternoon time with a token. Document issuance took a long time though because this is a busy registration facility. Not much help or infrastructure in terms of wheelchair etc. for the elderly. Parking facility haphazard and only street parking available on a narrow busy state highway.

Located near from sriperumbudymur bus stand. Transportation access available. There's no parking place but people are managing by parking in the same street. Wheelchair access available. It's been rushed on mugurtham dates..

If you have any broker person to apply for any registration work then work will get simple faster and clean. Or we have to keep on working on documents correction. Not only here, all the registration office will be like this only. We can't compliant on them also due to system configuration is low and it's working very slow. For some perfect work we have to wait.

Sriperumbudur Sub-registrar office is covering a vast area, but, still they are able to give a fairly quick service. Rest room facility is there which is missing in so many places. If seating arrangements are made properly, even 5 star can be given

The major revenue collecting government department of Registration of properties with huge amount is so poor in maintenance and facilities for citizens visiting this office and remaining at the office for their turns though computerized. The post mortem proceedures are so long that they have to remain waiting at this office from morning till evening in suffocating perspiration and nowherr to sit. The government can spend a little more for these revenue yielding department with spacious hall, facilities for bathroom, sufficient chairs with air conditioned Hall. The government officers working in these offices will also be happy and improve the productivity and better service in. These are of multi crore revenue for Government.

It is a Govt office. Be prepared for delay and addressing without respect by govt servants. Restroom is not provided by the office for the visitors. The dept will not accept improvement, except digitalization.
