Worst worst worst ..Money minded, worst behaviour. They take your money and use it for their own work and they will forget you... don't give them money, always do cross very with concern government employee. They don't care about your situation. Girls working there don't know what is happening there, they are like chat-bot, saying same answer many times... very worst service. For 4days work, they made it to 3months, I personally affected by them. I don't how they are like this, worst people in my life, worst experience. # they say except them no one can do this. "You guys ask money, we gave our hard earned money in a hope that work will be finished asap, but you cheat us, we are in a tough situation, even after knowing that you made it to 3months, that too I had cross checked and it is finished within 3days, don't ever cheat like this, you don't deserve that.."

Worst service. The girls working there seems to be interested in watching phone and chatting. They don't respond well to the customer. We wanted to update the pancard. There was some confusion with the initials. Instead of calling us to let us know the issue, they just left it in a pile for 3 months. Since we didn't receive the pancard, we went to ask. Instead of them checking, we were asked to go and check in the big pile of documents. Finally we found our document. There was no apology either. Hope the owner reads this review and changes the way they work.

Very very bad service I asked them to prepare a name book for the born boy. But half of the pages were blank. Please no one go here and waste your money. And your valuable time very very poor service.

Very worst service .. their not interested in customer service

They are very clear in explaining the procedure and guided me very well on EC & EB related documents. Poorani is truly professional guided me on all requirements appropriately. Job Well Done.

For any government process, don't trust this senthil Xerox word's. Cross verify the appropriate government officials or search Google and YouTube. Loss of Money
