Hanamkonda Head Post Office

This is the message I (attached below) received today and literally I haven't received my package. Trying to call post office since then no one is receiving calls. Neither they have provided the phone number of the delivery man. How to contact? Why such a bad service

Every time i recieve the message from india post and at the end i recieve doorlocked msg again i don't why, we are at home all the time,and i am confused that they are even comming for the delivary or not . And they have to call the person who take the delivery atleast once after reaching home i have not recieved any call and i call the office 5 times right now they not even answering the call very irresponsible service and last also i went to the office to take my mother pan after i continuously recieved the door locked msgs

Very bad customer experience have to wait 3 hours

Good in place and is accessible from all the places through different modes of transportation. There is nowhere mentioned about the Lunch Timing's, official board says from 1:00 PM To 1:30 PM however there is another board kept at the counters which reads as 1:00 PM To 2:00 PM. I visited at 1:45 PM, no personal attending the people and the public is waiting for 2PM.

The worst and useless people in this branch. These good for NOTHING people doesnt work and couldnt work. These government servants doesn't care and doesn't work. There is a lady who doesn't know any thing either be it on the plans, savings or schemes. When asked she directed me to a person, who is further useless and of no help. He was already late to work and when asked for the information, he is so irresponsible and good for nothing. People like these are of no use and are abuse to the Postal authority; no wonder why our Post Office is so bad compared to other countries. The other person is just watching movies/youtube on his phone. People like the above - careless, respect-less, good for NOTHING, uncivilized, less or no knowledge on Post office services are major contributors to their postal revenue losses. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE Appreciate the customers who are coming in to your branch and giving you business, not sending them back with your idiotic behavior.

Hanamkonda Head Post Office is located at Ambedkar Statue very adjacent to BSNL building in Hanamkonda. Here you can get all the services which are related to post office. You can buy different kinds of stamps, can send couriers, or money orders etc. Here in the post office there is PASSPORT SEVA KENDRA services also available. Service is good. Still there should be improved in service.

They don't have patience to clear doubts.. they don't even have sufficient knowledge to do Aadhar update..
