Adhaar Seva Kendra

If you're coming from LB Nagar, cross the metro bridge to the other side--you'll find the Mee Seva Aadhaar Center, Moosarambagh there. I went for a name change with only Aadhaar and Voter ID and had no idea about the required documents. While standing in line, the staff themselves approached me, explained everything clearly, and guided me well. They also directed me to a nearby xerox shop (very helpful tip--there is one close by, so you don't struggle like I did). The staff there know exactly what documents Mee Seva needs. The counter staff were patient, friendly, and very supportive. They even helped by printing my Aadhaar. Note: Carry cash, as online payment isn't available. After payment, you'll get a token and just wait for your number to be called. The waiting area has AC, which honestly let me chill to the max--I was typing this review in full chill mode Once your turn comes, the process is very easy--they take care of everything. Overall, great guidance, patience, and support. Definitely recommended

One of the worst Aadhar centers I visited. I waited for 4.5 hours for my turn. They give the tokens and you need to wait for hours. There are 16 counters but there are only 5 staff members to do the update. Edited : I have revisited the Aadhar once more now also I feel the same. No improvement you need to wait for hours for your turn. I request the government to increase the staff.

They provide Very Good service to public. It is inside the musarambagh metro station 1st floor. If someone don't know to fill the form,staff will help them to fill. You can't change the name and address at one time. Either name or either address. But can update number, email,biometric,photo along with any one of them. Very good service and supportive staff. I think 2-3 will be lunch timing of staff. If you visit at that time you have to wait for them.

My suggestion to all who wants to visit here to take pre appointment and visit otherwise you will face lot of struggle and need to wait long hours in q lines . And who ever has appointment may take max one hour And this centre open all days including Saturday and sunday One important message to all hyderabad and TS people for new enrollment for above 5years to 18years to visit this centre only instead of ameerpet regional centre. Ameerpet centre is highly over crowded as it is only one for 5 states

The state of the art centre equipped with rude staff and horrible services being rendered to kids & elderly making them wait in the queue line despite prior appointments. Lunch time being 1:30PM to 2PM and staff still enjoying the feast at 2:27 PM, defines the awful experience. Concerned authorities need to take action. This being one among the only three centers in Telangana state and people from far districts struggling for basic help. Attention to government authorities concerned with welfare of society. Look at the empty desks on busy Monday while staff are enjoying their feast when the citizens are put to waiting in unhygienic corridors with out basic amenities and dignity un offered.

I visited Aadhaar Seva Kendra at Moosrambagh Metro Station for my Aadhaar biometric update. Overall, my experience was good. I would strongly advise people to reach early, around 8-9 AM, to avoid heavy rush and long queues. Make sure to carry original documents like Voter ID or Passport, as PAN card is no longer accepted. First, you need to stand in line to get the application form, then proceed to payment (cash only) and token collection. The application form process takes time mainly because of the long queue. If you are able to get an online appointment, it can save a lot of time. Once inside, the staff works efficiently and the biometric update process itself takes hardly 15-20 minutes. The staff was quick and professional. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide chairs or seating arrangements for elderly people, as standing for a long time in the application form queue can be difficult for them.
