The office and place is really good with much space and order of handling the queries is very impressive. The details are handled as per token and the staff-supporting staff at the office is very patient in addressing various queries who come for the EPF purpose. The waiting are is very big and the process is hassle-free. Located just below the TSRTC bus terminal Y junction. Parking facility is a bit tough as we need to park the vehicles in hotsun. The ventilation and surroundings are very good. My rating :: 4/5

Worst office experience and highly irresponsible government employees. There is no proper communication whenever we ask for any information. It has been more than 9 months since we submitted our claim, and it is still not resolved. They never answer phone calls, and if we send an email, they provide incorrect updates. Every time, they direct us to go to the Barkatpura office, and then Barkatpura sends us back here -- it's just going in circles. Even after I showed clear proof that the transfer is pending in the Kukatpally office, they still ask me to check with the Begumpet office, despite the photo clearly showing it's stuck in Kukatpally. I really don't understand how work is managed in this office. Every time we visit, there's no proper or responsible person available to give clarification Not sure on what bases and how they got Govt Jobs. Just they are timepassing with Mobile Phones

I visited the Kukatpally PF Office today to complete my e-sign related process. When I approached the first counter staff, I was extremely disappointed with the irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I asked a simple query regarding the documents required for the e-sign process, but the staff member replied saying: "If the commissioner says okay, you can give the documents. I don't know." This response shows a complete lack of clarity and responsibility. Because of this, I was unable to understand whether he is an authorized PF officer or not. Such unclear and indifferent answers create confusion and make it very difficult for employees to get proper guidance. Without proper support from EPFO officers, employers and employees cannot resolve PF-related queries or complete their tasks effectively. Additionally, the staff member seemed uninterested and made visitors wait unnecessarily, causing further inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action. Please ensure that proper guidance, clarity, and professionalism are maintained at the Kukatpally PF Office so that employees do not face such issues in the future.

most hopeless service , they even not responding to mails and calls , whatsapp number is for time pass you will never get a reply . i have applied pf advance APKKP251050085178 on 27.10.2025 and today is 07.11.2025 , still my claim is showing under process , non of the employee from kukatpally is responding. most hopeless service. they are not even bothered about emergency . as per telangana govt rule. claim should get settled within 3 days . but in my case 13 days has passed. no result. no response. they are totally time pass batch. i wish my pf account will get transfer to barkatpura division... they are very fast and most professional . if you apply pf under barkatpura division you will get amount within 3 days. i got the same somany times. but this kukatpally division is most hopeless.

The process is really good they handle the tocken in first step, the officers takes care of the problem in second, and if it's difficult problem they will sent to the second floor with a pass. The employees are doing a great job and giving their best effort. Parking is also easy and convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Very impressive process 1st step by counters and 2nd step by PRO and 3rd step if it is difficult, then they will send to 2nd floor with pass process, good work by the employees, also giving their best. I satisfied soulfully.

Totally waste , government really need to fasten their services, PF is really used for employees whenever in need, it is meant to to helpful for the one who are in need if not then what's the point of deductions, if government can't help in really needy time then they should not even deduct the PF , Even now a days a simple process is taking hell lot of time , seriously like 15-20 working days which is totally useless, what is someone is on death bed and willing to withdraw funds , it's not like they are giving funds from their own pocket, It's our own earned money, even same goes with banking, I wish this process becomes faster and user friendly, sue you goverment.

I have since five months visiting the epfo, about 10D but till date not solved. It is too bad.
