No other gym is clean and hygienic other than fitness fast. During my 1 hr session, this guy was just cleaning& vacuuming Working out with Fitness Fast for the last 6 years and more to go. No complaints or concerns keep it up 5 stars for their service, Trainers, staff, maintainance.

My trainer Karnakar has been extremely careful and professional while helping me train, especially because of my previous shoulder dislocation issue. He always ensures my workouts are safe, effective, and suited to my recovery. I went to this gym for about 6 months and it was a really good experience. I wanted to loose weight and I chose personal training. My trainer was Mohamed Iftaqar sir and I was trained by him throughout. I lost good amount of weight with his guidance and was also able to loose weight in the most healthiest way. He was not just a good trainer but his energy was also always positive and motivating, he assigns timing and sticks to it and gives equal amount of time to every client. He personally also was a very kind and positive person who motivated and helped me through out the journey. Definitely recommend him for anyone wanting to change or improve their health. The gym was also really good they had good equipment good staff and everything was neatly maintained. I would definitely go back to the same gym and take training from my trainer. Definitely recommend the gym and the trainer.

I have been with this gym from last one year, So Fitness and fast gym atmosphere was cool and we feel energetic everyday there due to their maintenance and equipment they use was very hygiene and they will maintain that cleanliness. Apart from that I have taken Personal training from (Iftaqur) ,He is very friendly to his clients and will care them till their last day of the PT time frame and he has more technical skills and different techniques to train the clients in the way like how clients want he will prepare his schedule in that way and diet too and he will try to achieve that in better way.

Great Gym with ample of equipment and Friendly Staff! I've been going to this gym for the past few months, and I'm really impressed with the quality of the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference in my workouts. They have a wide range of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, so I never feel limited, even during peak hours. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Wanna give a shout out to my personal trainer Iftaqar who is a professional athlete who had won numerous competitions and is been training since last few years , very consistent and would motivate you in each and every step. The other trainers are always willing to help if you have questions about the equipment or need advice on anything.Plus, the atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels, which made me feel comfortable from the start.would highly recommend anyone this gym .
