National Sorting Hub, Post Office

This is my experience on 30Sep2025. The person in Speed Post Counter said counter is closed between 11.30pm to 1am. But he accepted my letter, helped me and booked my letter after break time. There are worst things here also like other govt offices but sometimes people are good.. No working contact number, no proper information on break times, indecent counter room, unable to include customer number on receipt to get transit updates, no upi payments, etc...

Its been one month, my parcel is still at NSH and has not been shipped further to regional so. What a team of lazy people.

Worst Experience with India Post I had a very disappointing experience with India Post recently. Despite having such a massive network across the country, they failed to deliver a single consignment properly. Here are the major issues I faced: Delayed Delivery: My parcel has been roaming around my area for the past two weeks but has still not reached my address. This kind of delay is unacceptable. Poor Tracking System: The tracking status shows only "Dispatched" online, and it's impossible to know its exact location. The system lacks real-time updates, which makes it frustrating to track the parcel. Inefficient Communication Between Post Offices: Contacting one post office to another is extremely difficult. There's no smooth coordination or proper communication system in place. Lack of Support Staff: There's no dedicated team to handle telephonic queries. Most calls go unanswered or get redirected endlessly. Unhelpful Customer Care: Customer care is of no help. They just repeat the same tracking information that's already available on the website, without providing any actionable solution. Negative Perception of Indian Services: Experiences like this reflect poorly on India's services. Even before I joined my new office, colleagues from the US were already mocking our courier systems -- and unfortunately, this incident proved them right.

Totally uneducated staff and the worst service experience.India will not develop until the reservation system ends.

Waste services at post office don't go this place only not delivered this place

They do not call to receivers and directly redirected the parcel and not updated correct contact no. so that customer can contact him very bad service. They don't want to do work Plz take action accordingly....... I am sure One day someone will do this.

Firstly if they do their work on time, we don't have to visit. Second they don't respond on why the post is delayed or where the current position is. My ID card was reached in time but they failed to send to SO in time. So the people are looking towards the private couriers.

Why do they give a telephone number when they never pick it up. What a waste of govt. resources!!!. This is the problem with Govt employees, once they get a job they do not want to work... they want people to use private courier... Govt should kick all these people out of job.
