If you go via agent only then your works will be done properly. I went for marriage certificate registering after applying everything online and uploading documents online. I took the print outs of attested documents and a colour print of our marriage. Here is how the story starts, there is no proper car parking facility, there is some space left behind registry office and they charger 100 rupees for parking. Who in the world does that? Now after entering registrar office. The first step of scam and corruption begins, the verification office saw the documents and said I'd definitely need an SSC copy and PAN Card will not do the job. Then why was the option enabled on website? No 2: He saw the colour print of marriage and instantly said this is not valid asked us to get real photographs, so I went back and got real photo prints ofcourse the nearby photo studio will exploit us, he charged 300 rupees for photos, I came and showed everything, now he says I need to show all the original documents which I didn't had since everything was already shown online and declared, we somehow requested and asked him to consider, now here comes the twist , he says this isn't right sub registerar office and it doesn't fall under his area, I need to go to Qutbullahpur. Then why in the world I was made to do 4-5 rounds with so and so documents? Why in the world does the online application suggest us to chose the Quthbullapur one? Ofcourse we will chose whatever is nearby, no they won't make life easier. Had I paid them 3000 rupees my work would have been done instantly. I also lost 220 rupees which I paid on meeseva as I chose Kukatpally. A day of mine, my wife's and 3 witnesses got wasted because of this stupidity.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I went inside. It was more like I was in the 80s or 90s. I don't understand where the taxpayers money (especially with all stamp duties and other government charges) is going and the sheer amount of vehicles on the roads especially cars shows that the location of the office is poor and there is no means of parking. If you have the courage to bear the smell, people then go ahead else I'm not sure.

With the help of brokers and money, anything seems possible here. The Sub-Registrar's office has even registered Patta land--despite it already being issued by the government and prohibited from further registration--to another party. This is a clear case of fraud and reflects serious malpractice within the office. Moreover, the documents submitted by the other party are not even readable. The property has been registered based on the document outlined below. I respectfully request government officials to investigate these frauds.

Poorly maintained toilets and you definitely need a broker for things to be done.

Kukatpally SRO ( alias Moosapet SRO ) is very good. SRO sir ( his name may be Vijay ) was very nice & helpful person. Bathroom inside SRO office : need frequent cleaning / air purifiers / naphthalene atleast Private Car Parking ( 2 buildings away from SRO office ) : behind Hanuman Temple, pay some 50 rs other things are ok.

0n 27th May 2017, I along with my friends were visited the Sub-Registrar's office on some official work. The office maintenance is very very poor. Hundreds are visiting the office everyday for their personal work such as Property Registration, Marriage certificate etc. No proper sitting arrangements, no fan, only one Toilet adjacent to the hall. The condition is hundred times poor and bad foul smell spreading like perfume. Due to lack of chairs or benches people were standing and waiting to get their turn. This is a Government office. Minister's speak a lot on the dais about their govt. First set right the things for the better benefit of the citizens.

It's a crowded place but mostly your works get quick if you go through some agents... Not good for old people you may not find place to sit, also washroom is very bad and full ofc gets smell out of it

A very small office and at the time of visit there were not many ppl.However it is better maintained compared to other SRO offices in the city.poor parking arrangements.Its just 200 Mt from the main road..so accessiblity wise good..
